Little short distance champions will compete with adult runners. Besides sports thrills there will be the following attractions waiting for children: bouncy castles, a team of entertainers and face painting.

On Saturday, September 19, at the starting line there will be adults and children. CITY TRAIL is a cross-country race over a distance of 5 km, ideal for those in need of speed, active life style enthusiasts, beginners, as well as children. As part of the competitions there are also shorter-distance races for children organized – Junior CITY TRAIL – over distances ranging from 300 m to 2 km.

The entry fee for adults is 15 or 20 zloty (paid on the race day). Electronic registration is always closed 3 days before the race in a given city. Registration for the Junior CITY TRAIL race takes place on the same principles, but the entry fee is a nominal 2 zloty, payable on the day of the event. 1 zloty is donated to charity. Children can also take part in the entire cycle of events in advance – the ticket costs 10 zloty.

On-site all participants can count on free medical consultations, preventive examinations (e.g. ECG) and a variety of activities for children (bouncy castles, entertainers, face painting).

The main race starts at 11:30 am and children run according to the schedule at 9:30, 9:50 and 10:10 am. Little participants will be able to compete in one of five categories: up to 5 years old (2015 – 2010) – distance of approx. 300 m; 6 – 7 years old (2009 – 2008) – distance of approx. 300 m; 8 – 9 years old (2007-2006) – distance of approx. 600 m; 10 – 12 years old (2005-2003) – distance of approx. 1 km; 13 – 16 years old (2002-2000) – distance of approx. 2 km.
