Winter holidays at the National Museum

From February 15 to 24, there will be art classes for children aged 6 to 12 years old in the National Museum. Participation in the workshop is free. Booking is possible until February 16.
Schedule:

15.02, midday and 2pm
Artistic fun, led by Michał Pieczka. During the classes children will walk through the galleries of the Museum in search of inspiration, then using, among other things, white paper, they will create a winter landscape.

17.02, midday and 2pm

Classes will be led by Sławomir Ortyl. Children will see ancient crafts related to winter (ice skates, mugs, candlesticks, gloves) and will have a chance to personally create winter gadgets.

22.02, midday and 2pm

Classes will be led by Barbara Przerwa. The class will feature the fairy tale “The Snow Queen”, which will be used as inspiration to create works of art.

24.02, midday and 2pm

Final classes will be led by Grzegorz Wojturski. The title of the class is “Winter habits of animals.” Children will learn habits of animals presented in the paintings, and then make art themselves by using paper cuts and coloring to show selected animals.
